Qualifications

• Experience in beverage production (cider, beer, seltzer) and packaging
• Quality-control mindset and clear team communication
• Ekos software experience preferred; comfortable with Excel/Docs
• 21+, high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Able to lift 55 lbs regularly and move kegs (~165 lbs)

Lead sales strategy, distributor relationships, and chain/national-account development across our footprint. Reports to the CEO and partners with production and retail leadership.

You’ll own:

• Annual business plans by distributor and territory
• Monthly business reviews, forecasting, and inventory health
• Hiring, coaching, and budget management for sales reps
• Brand standards, pricing, packaging, and chain execution

Required

• 4+ years in brewery, cidery, wine, or distributor sales leadership
• Ekos software, analytics, and chain-account experience
• Some night/weekend travel for events and key markets

Front-of-house at our Lake Anna Drafthouse. Pouring flights, telling our story, running the POS, and keeping every guest’s visit memorable.

What you’ll do

• Pour pints and flights, fill growlers, conduct tastings
• Open / close the bar, restock cans, change kegs
• Support events held at the Drafthouse

Requirements

• 21+, able to lift 50 lbs, evenings/weekends/holidays
• Hospitality background and a love of craft cider

Help our Drafthouse kitchen prep, plate, and ship food fast and safely. Recipes provided — we just need a steady, sanitary hand and a team mentality.

• Prep, cook, and plate from recipe specs
• Maintain station sanitation and equipment
• Coordinate with bartenders to keep service flowing
• Cook our apple-cider donuts on rotation

Be the face of Coyote Hole at off-site events, retailer tastings, and festivals. Setup, pour, tell our story, and grow our community across Virginia.

Requirements

• 21+, able to lift 50 lbs, evenings/weekends/holidays
• Customer-service experience, professional presence
• A real passion for craft cider
